Here is what's opened and closed around Monday's holiday in Bel Air:
- The Bel Air Town Hall meeting normally on Monday has been moved to Tuesday, Sept. 7.
- Bel Air parking meters: Free on Labor Day
- Harford Mall: Open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Labor Day.
- Harford County government offices: Closed
- Harford County Public Library branches: Closed
- Harford County Public Schools: Closed. The first day of classes is Wednesday, Sept. 8.
- Harford Community College: Closed
- Courts: Closed
- MARC trains: These will not run Labor Day.
- Trash pickup: Pickup scheduled for Monday in the town of Bel Air will be collected instead on Wednesday. Bulk trash collection is canceled for the week.
