Laurel Brook Road Reopens Ahead Of Schedule After Storm Clean-Up

Laurel Brook Road reopened Tuesday morning ahead of schedule after crews finished cleaning up the area following recent storms.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Storm damage clean-up and tree removal work has been completed ahead of schedule so the section of Laurel Brook Road in Fallston between Friendship Road and Gunpowder Farms Road has reopened.

The section of road was to remain closed through Aug. 25 with limited access to emergency vehicles.

A section of Shucks Road in Bel Air between MD Route 22 and East Wheel Road also has reopened now that clean-up from recent storm damage has been completed. The road originally was to be shut down Aug. 7-11 but reopened Aug. 18. Emergency vehicles and school buses weren't allowed through the area during the work.
