Dump Truck Hits Man In Harford County: Officials

The man was paving a driveway when he was hit by a dump truck, Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS officials report.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A man hit by a dump truck in Harford County Tuesday afternoon is fighting for his life, officials say.

The victim had been paving a private driveway in the 4000 block of Belle Farm Court in Pylesville when he was struck, according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.

Members of the Whiteford Volunteer Fire Company responded at 12:37 p.m. for the report of a person hit by a truck and took the victim to a local hospital, Gardiner said. He reported the man had life-threatening injuries.
