Man Sentenced for Taking Sexually Explicit Photos of His Friends’ Children
A Baldwin man took pornographic images of children in Harford and Baltimore counties when he was alone with the boys, prosecutors say.

Bel Air, MD — A man arrested in Harford County last year for possessing child pornography was sentenced by a federal judge Thursday to 210 months in prison, followed by 25 years of probation, according to the Department of Justice.
The Harford County Sheriff’s Office arrested Raymond M. Goodridge, 21, of the 2600 block of Baldwin Mill Road in Baldwin, in March 2015 on 10 counts of possession of child pornography and possession with intent to distribute child pornography, court records show.
Goodridge admitted in a plea deal that he produced child pornography in connection with images and videos he made of two minor boys, both engaged in sexually explicit conduct. The judge also ordered that Goodridge must register as a sex offender when he leaves prison.

Authorities determined that some of Goodridge's victims live in Harford and Baltimore counties, according to the report. Goodwin lived in Dundalk before his arrest.
According to his plea agreement, Goodridge was friends with the mother of a prepubescent boy, and spent the night at the boy’s home in Dundalk. The boy also spent the night at Goodridge’s home. In May 2014, when Goodridge was alone with the boy at the boy’s house, Goodridge used his cell phone to produce four photos which focused on the boy’s genitals.

Prosecutors say Goodridge was also friends with the mother of a 13-year-old boy, who lived in Harford County. Goodridge used a camera phone to surreptitiously take a video of the boy in May 2014, intending to capture images of the boy engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The video captured the boy changing clothes and in various states of undress.
Investigators say a laptop and hard drive owned by Goodridge contained more than 600 images and videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Numerous files portrayed prepubescent children engaged in sex acts with adults. The hard drive also contained the images and videos Goodridge produced of the two boys.
