Mark Leighty, 48, of Bel Air

On Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015, Mark Leighty, 48, of Bel Air.

Mr. Leighty was a telecommunications engineer.

His love of computers led him to open up Harford Technology over 10 years ago. His vast knowledge and experience made his services sought after by many government agencies.

Mark was the beloved husband for 27 years of Ann Leighty; devoted father of Nicole, Giuliana and Daniella Leighty; cherished son of Eileen Doria Leighty and the late Dennis Leighty; caring son-in-law of “Chief” Richard Havens and Carmela Havens; brother-in-law of Maria McCleary and husband Rich, and Richard Havens and wife Traci; and uncle of Carmela, Aidan, Ariana, Reilly and Rayna. Also survived by many other family members and friends.

A memorial mass will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at St. Margaret Catholic Church, 141 Hickory Avenue in Bel Air, where a receiving of friends will be held half an hour prior.
