Maryland Snow Totals From Spring Nor'Easter

Snow totals in Maryland measured up to 16.5 inches, according to preliminary data from the National Weather Service.

BALTIMORE, MD — Parts of Maryland were projected to get more than a foot of snow in the latest nor'easter that hit during the first two days of spring. So what were the actual snow totals from Wednesday, March 21?

The highest measurement that has come in so far was in Frederick, where Thurmont had a whopping 16.5 inches of snow. Next up, there were two measurements of 13.5 inches, one in Carroll County and another in Washington County. And last but not least in the over-a-foot club, Harford County had 13 inches.
