Medevac Picks Up Girl Injured at Sporting Event: Official

Juvenile with head injury was airlifted for medical treatment, Bel Air emergency official said.

A youth was airlifted from Harford Technical High School this week due to a head injury, an official said.

The girl became injured at an athletic event at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, according to Rich Gardiner of the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company.

A Maryland State Police helicopter took her from the landing site at Prospect Mill and Churchville roads to Baltimore for medical treatment, according to Gardiner.
