Memorial Day Ceremony in Bel Air to Honor Veterans
Fallen soldiers will be memorialized during special event at Shamrock Park.
Bel Air will observe Memorial Day with a ceremony at Shamrock Park.
Events will start at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 25, with the Bel Air Community Band setting the tone.

The ceremony commences at 11 a.m., and the lineup includes remarks by Fort Meade transformation director and retired Army Col. Bert Rice, readings from Southampton Middle School students and a wreath laying, The Aegis reported.
The event is sponsored by the Town of Bel Air and American Legion Harford Post #39. It will take place at Shamrock Park, located near 39 North Hickory Avenue off Lee Street.

After the ceremony, the legion will host a cookout at its post on Hickory Avenue.
