Teen Found After Disappearance From Bel Air: Officials

The teen reported missing has been located, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

BEL AIR, MD — Authorities say they have found a teen who was reported missing. The girl had boarded a school bus on Creswell Road Monday morning and had not been seen since.

By 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported that the teen, 17-year-old Alana Kateri Pounds, had been found "safe and unharmed."

Alana Kateri Pounds, 17, was boarding a school bus in the 2400 block of Creswell Road in Bel Air when she was last seen at 6:15 a.m. on Monday, officials reported Wednesday morning.

She was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, jeans and sneakers at the time of her disappearance, authorities reported.

Pounds has nose, ear and belly button piercings and is described as 5-feet-7-inches tall and 152 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
