When Is Mission BBQ Opening In Bel Air?
A tentative date has reportedly been set for the new restaurant coming to the Tollgate Marketplace.
BEL AIR, MD — Mission BBQ in Bel Air is planning to open Oct. 25, according to the Bel Air Police Department.
Police said associates from the restaurant stopped by the police department Friday as part of their recognition of the 20-year anniversary of 9/11.
"They reminded us that the tentative grand opening of the Bel Air Mission BBQ is scheduled for Oct. 25," police reported. "They look forward to seeing everyone!"

Mission BBQ opened its first location on Sept. 11, 2011, in Glen Burnie. Around noon each day at its restaurants nationwide, people salute as Mission BBQ plays the National Anthem.
Known for its barbecue fare and patriotism, Mission BBQ offers menu items like pulled pork, spare ribs, brisket, mac and cheese and baked beans.
