Mom, Daughter Killed in Route 24 Crash: Police
The Bel Air Police Department has identified the victims who died in Saturday afternoon's crash near the Harford Mall.

BEL AIR, MD — A woman and her young daughter died in a crash near the Harford Mall on Saturday afternoon, according to the Bel Air Police Department. A teenage son survived the crash, police said.
Stacy Rena Pell-Boulan, 47, and Caitlyn Boulan, 4, of the unit block of Lake Fanny Road in Bel Air, were in a Lincoln traveling south on MD 24 when the vehicle hit the center curb of the median twice, then went onto the median and hit a tree, police reported.
Michael Boulan, 16, was the only survivor of the crash, police said.

The crash occurred around 3 p.m. on Saturday on Route 24 near Baltimore Pike. According to officials, the road was closed for investigation until approximately 8 p.m.
