Foley was one of eight students charged in the case, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, which reported a visiting biology professor and dining services employee from the College of William & Mary were also charged.
All were taken to the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail where they were booked and processed.
The suspects had allegedly sold drugs to undercover officers, which was captured on surveillance, according to the CBS affiliate in Norfolk, Virginia.
