New Mural In Works For Black Eyed Suzie's In Bel Air
The Bel Air Historic Preservation Commission approved a proposal to add a new mural to the side of the Main Street business.

BEL AIR, MD — A new Maryland-themed flag mural may be coming to a restaurant on Main Street. The owner of Black Eyed Suzie's appeared before the Bel Air Historic Preservation Commission recently to discuss changes to the side of the restaurant at 119 South Main Street.
Black Eyed Suzie's owner Brian Acquavella applied to have a new mural painted over the previous one on the older, historic part of the building, according to a statement from the town of Bel Air, which reported the paint removal would be more expensive.
The Historic Preservation Commission gave the go-ahead at its meeting on Thursday, Oct. 25, to the proposal, which will include a design that features more muted colors.
