Nursing Program Information Sessions In January For Prospective HCC Students

Anyone interested in attending Harford Community College's nursing program should attend one of two information sessions in January.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Harford Community College will be holding information sessions about its nursing program Jan. 25 from 1 to 2:15 p.m. in Darlington Hall, Room 210, and virtually Jan. 26 from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m.

Anyone interested in applying for the nursing program at Harford Community College should attend a session. Each session covers the ins and outs of the program. During the session, prospective students will have the opportunity to meet with nursing faculty and students for a Q&A session.

Information will be provided on requirements for the nursing program; information about the TEAS exam and application process (the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) exam is a standardized, multiple choice entrance exam for students applying to nursing and allied health programs in the U.S.); nursing program selection process; degree options for dual enrollment; and requirements for classroom, clinical, and lab.
