Peach Bottom Siren Test To Last For 3 Minutes
You may want to bring your pets inside around 1 p.m. if they're out, Harford County officials advise.
The sirens at Peach Bottom will sound from 1 to 1:03 p.m. Wednesday, according to Harford County government officials. The sound is only a test.
The nuclear power station tests its sirens once in June and again in December.
During the test period, the Peach Bottom Siren System will be activated and sound at full volume. It is required as part of the bi-annual siren testing process.
