The Festival at Bel Air shopping center is gearing up for its newest tenant, which will bring a lot of wagging tails along with it.
This week, Petco will open its doors in the shopping center.
The store will have a soft opening on Monday, Feb. 23, and a grand opening in the following days, Festival reports, stating: ”...we’re all ECSTATICALLY happy about it!”

Ribbon-cutting will be at 8:55 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 27.
Festival at Bel Air is located on MD Route 24 at Bel Air South Parkway.
