Philly Pretzel Factory Coming to Greenbrier Shopping Center

BEL AIR, MD — There are many restaurants in Bel Air but are there enough pretzel options? Not according to one entrepreneur who saw the opening in the Greenbrier Shopping Center off MD 22 and is filling the void with a menu of pretzels and mustard dipping sauces.

Philly Pretzel Factory, a franchise that has locations in multiple states, is planning to set up shop on Brierhill Drive.

The business specializes in hand-twisted, freshly baked soft pretzels that are accompanied by mustard sauces ranging from yellow to brown to hot. It also offers party trays, pretzel dogs, pretzel nuggets, cinnamon pretzel twists, pretzel cheesesteaks, pepperoni pretzel melts, pretzel sausages and mini pretzels. The menu includes dipping sauces from cream cheese to marinara to chocolate as well.

The Bel Air restaurant is the first of multiple locations that Philly Pretzel Factory is opening in the Baltimore metro area, the Baltimore Business Journal reported, with stores at the Inner Harbor and potentially in White Marsh or Ocean City also in the pipeline.

Currently, the closest location to Bel Air is in Elkton.

The Philly Pretzel Factory in Bel Air will be at 225 Brierhill Drive. Hours will be 10 a.m.–11 p.m., Monday to Friday; and 10 a.m.–midnight on Saturday. The store will be closed on Sundays. The grand opening has yet to be announced.
