Pile of Tires on Fire in Edgewood, Hazmat Requested
Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company responded to the scene.
The Harford County hazardous materials team was called to US 40 in Edgewood Tuesday afternoon due to a tire fire, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.
The fire broke out in the 1700 block of Pulaski Highway, amid a large pile of tires, Joppa-Magnolia reported.
At 2:49 p.m., the fire company said that the hazardous materials team was requested to assist at the scene.
