Trimble Road to Reopen After Police Activity Shut It Down: Sheriff

Officials have resolved police issue that temporarily closed part of the road in Edgewood, Harford County Sheriff's Office reports.

EDGEWOOD, MD — Law enforcement officials say that Trimble Road will reopen Tuesday after authorities successfully resolved an issue in the area.

Trimble Road was expected to reopen between Willoughby Beach Road and Edgewood Road by 1:50 p.m., according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

Around 1 p.m., the area had been closed due to police activity, and the public had been advised to avoid the area. Officials reported that the police activity had "peacefully concluded" after 1:40 p.m.
