ABINGDON, MD —After a suspect opened fire on a deputy in Panera Wednesday, a gunfight left two deputies hospitalized and the suspect dead, officials said. In the aftermath, law enforcement officials have saturated the Boulevard at Box Hill, particularly around the restaurant itself and Box Hill South Parkway.
