Primo Hoagies Opening In Rock Spring Shopping Center

BEL AIR, MD — A new sandwich shop is opening in Bel Air on Tuesday, June 11. Primo Hoagies will be located in the Rock Spring Shopping Center near the Bel Air Bypass at Rock Spring Road.

The business sells Italian specialty sandwiches on freshly baked bread as well as sides like macaroni salad, pepperoni bites, marinated mozzarella and red pepper salad. Here's a taste of some sandwiches on the menu: "The Italian" consists of prosciutto, provolone, capicola and salami; and "The Milano" features fresh mozzarella cheese and roasted red peppers. All come on seeded rolls that the company promotes as "crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside."

The Bel Air Primo Hoagies is part of a franchise that includes stores in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia. The Bel Air restaurant is the second Primo Hoagies in Maryland — the other is in Ocean City.
