Public Hearing to Consider Ordinance No. 803-21

Notice of Public Hearing

Bel Air Board of Town Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. to consider Ordinance No. 803-21 amending Bel Air Town Code Chapter 420 Tattooing Sections §420-1 through §420-13. This legislation is intended to incorporate State and Federal mandates and practices for tattooing and body piercing businesses within the Town of Bel Air.

Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available at the Bel Air Town Hall and web site www.belairmd.org pending legislation.
