Public Hearings for Redistricting Start Monday Night

The first of seven public hearings for parents to discuss concerns with the board about the proposed elementary school redistricting plan is tonight, Dec. 6.

Now that the proposed elementary school redistricting plan has been , public hearings will begin to allow parents a say in the redistricting.

After numerous e-mails, proposals and comments to the Board, parents will be able to have face-to-face dialogue with board members at the first public hearing meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. in the cafeteria at Harford Technical High School on Monday night.

Tom Lusardi, a Fallston resident, has already received the from the board, after President of the Board of Education Mark Wolkow received Lusardi's . Other parents in Fallston have also . For them and the parents , this will be the first opportunity to receive feedback about their concerns.
