Register Thursday For Dance Lessons Offered At Bel Air Armory

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Thursday is the last day to register for swing/foxtrot lessons led by Kristen Renshaw at the Bel Air Armory. The eight-week lessons will begin at 6 p.m. followed by an open dance at 7 p.m. where participants can practice what they've learned.

Community members who are not registered for the 8-week lessons can still join the 7 p.m. open dance by securing a drop-in pass by 4 p.m. the day of lessons.

Students will learn the East Coast Swing, an upbeat dance with a rock step and swing hip motion. They'll also learn the triple step East Coast Swing. The foxtrot will cover the entire dance floor with long walking movements.
