Resurfacing Of MD 23 In Harford County Prompts Lane Closures Lasting Through June
A resurfacing project for MD 23 in White Hall will cause lane closures for the duration of the project, which should wrap up by end of June.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A road resurfacing project affecting Harford County drivers has started and should be wrapped up by late June, weather permitting.
MD 23 (Norrisville Road) between MD 146 (Jarrettsville Pike/Madonna Road) and MD 439 (Old York Road) in White Hall will be resurfaced. The work includes milling, paving and restriping.
Drivers can expect single-lane closures and flaggers helping direct traffic along MD 23 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and overnights 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays.
