Reward Still Available For Information In 2023 Aberdeen Fatal Shooting: Police
Residents are reminded that a reward is still available for information in the 2023 fatal shooting of Darius Pittman, 23, police say.
ABERDEEN, MD — Police are reminding the community there there is a $2,000 reward offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the September 2023 fatal shooting of 23-year-old Darius Pittman.
Aberdeen Police were called to a home on Walker Street Sept. 10, 2023, shortly after 2 p.m. The report was for a cardiac arrest victim. But Pittman instead was found with a gunshot wound. Detectives launched an investigation and stated Pittman was a targeted hit and his homicide happened during the morning of Sept. 9, 2023, police said.
Detectives retraced Pittman’s whereabouts leading up to his death and determined he spent time in the late evening hours in Baltimore City Sept. 8, 2023, before returning to Harford County, police said.
