HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A crash in Harford County is snarling traffic around MD 24 and Interstate 95 Wednesday, according to officials.
It was reported after 4:30 p.m., and traffic was backing up before 5 p.m.
The collision occurred on Route 24/Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway south before the ramp to Interstate 95 south, officials said.
