Safeway to Reopen at Greenbrier Shopping Center
The grocery store on Brierhill Drive is reopening after months-long closure.
BEL AIR, MD - After being closed for more than nine months, the Safeway at Greenbrier Shopping Center is reportedly set to reopen.
The supermarket closed in late January after its roof buckled during a snowstorm. Approximately 30 inches of snow had fallen Jan. 23 when the roof gave way over the produce department.
For months, crews have been working on reconstructing the grocery store, and at long last it will once again welcome shoppers.
