Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued For Harford County
BREAKING: A storm with 60 mph winds has been reported in Harford County, according to the National Weather Service.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for parts of Harford County until 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10.
At 7:04 p.m., officials said severe thunderstorms were located along a line near Fallston that were moving east at 25 mph.
There were 60 mph wind gusts reported with the storm, according to the National Weather Service.

The severe thunderstorm warning applies to Harford, Cecil and Baltimore counties.
These areas may be impacted, according to the warning: Bel Air North, Fallston, Jarrettsville, Octoraro, Conowingo, Rock Springs, Pylesville, Darlington, Cardiff, Norrisville, Scarboro, Forest Hill, Chrome Hill, Street, Rocks and Whiteford.

During the severe thunderstorm warning period, winds may cause trees and large branches to fall, injuring people outside as well as damaging homes and vehicles. Roads could become blocked by fallen trees, and power outages are possible. People should go inside to the lowest floor and an interior room to stay safe.
