Shed Blaze in Edgewood Causes $2,000 in Damage: Fire Marshal
A small structure went up in flames behind a residence in Harford County on Tuesday morning.

EDGEWOOD, MD — A shed fire in Edgewood caused $2,000 in damage Tuesday morning, officials said. A neighbor reported the blaze in the 2800 block of Keale Way at 8:53 a.m., according to the fire marshal.
The fire started inside the 7-by-10-foot wood-framed playhouse, and the Office of the State Fire Marshal was investigating the cause. Approximately 10 personnel from the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company responded and brought the blaze under control within 15 minutes, the fire marshal said.
There was $1,500 in structural damage as a result, according to the fire marshal, who said $500 worth of items inside were also damaged.
