Shelter In Place Order Caused By Harford Sheriff Serving Warrant
Some Bel Air residents were ordered to remain in their homes Wednesday while a warrant was served, the Harford County Sheriff said.
BEL AIR, MD — A shelter in place order for some Bel Air residents was issued Wednesday so Harford County Sheriff's officers could serve a warrant, officials said.
The warrant was served without injury to the suspect or deputies and the suspect is in custody. Charges and the name of the suspect were not specified Wednesday evening.
Residents on Jeanette Way, Rose Way, Irwin's Choice, Nita Court, Irwin Way, Felix Court and Henderson Road near Jeannette Way were all ordered to stay put mid-morning Wednesday.

Police activity in that area prompted the order for residents to remain in their homes until further notice, the Harford County Sheriff's Office said.
