Shooting Under Investigation in Edgewood: Sheriff
The Harford County Sheriff's Office found a man shot Wednesday night, officials said.

Detectives are investigating a Wednesday night shooting in Edgewood that sent a man to the hospital, according to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
As of Thursday morning, detectives have not identified the shooter, the sheriff’s office reported.
Officers said they found a 26-year-old man shot in the lower body in the 1900 block of Eloise Lane at 9:10 p.m. on Wednesday responding to a report of a shooting.

Deputies provided first aid until the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company arrived, the sheriff’s office reported.
The victim was taken to a local trauma center with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening, according to the report.

Officials said the investigation was “very active” and authorities were continuing Thursday morning to gather information about the incident.
