BEL AIR, MD — Authorities have asked for help identifying individuals in connection with a reported shoplifting in Bel Air.
Police said the theft occurred at Ross Dress for Less in the 500 block of Baltimore Pike on Saturday, Feb. 22. The store is in the Bel Air Plaza.

The average dollar loss from a shoplifting incident was nearly $550, according to the 2019 National Retail Security Survey. Baltimore was tied with Philadelphia and the Dallas area as the No. 6 city impacted in the past year by organized retail crime, according to the survey, which was sponsored by the National Retail Federation.
