Smoke Incident at Constant Friendship Under Investigation

Firefighters were responding to an odor of smoke in Constant Friendship Thursday afternoon.

After 3:45 p.m., Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported that it would be at the Taco Bell on Constant Friendship Boulevard in Abingdon investigating an odor of smoke in the building.

The fire company asked that people be aware of their surroundings as firefighters handled the call.
