Stabbing Sends 1 To Shock Trauma: Harford Sheriff
A 28-year-old man was injured in an altercation Sunday night in Harford County, the sheriff's office reported.
EDGEWOOD, MD — A man was injured in a stabbing over the weekend in Edgewood, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. Authorities said they were called to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center at 9:47 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, after a man came in with a stab wound.
The 28-year-old man from Owings Mills was targeted, investigators said, after multiple people got into an altercation in the 500 block of Crownwood Court.
Afterward, the victim realized that he had been seriously injured, and family members took him to the hospital, according to the sheriff's office. He was transferred to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center for treatment of his injuries, which officials say are believed to be non life-threatening.

The suspect left the scene, and forensic investigators have been working on the case.
