Suspect Sought In Edgewood Dollar General Robbery, Assault

Authorities are asking for the public's help identifying the suspect, who fled before deputies arrived.

EDGEWOOD, MD — Harford County sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help identifying a man wanted in connection with a robbery and assault at an Edgewood Dollar General earlier this month.

Deputies responded to the Dollar General at 2200 Hanson Rd. shortly after 8 p.m. on June 13 for a report of a robbery and assault.

According to the Harford County Sheriff's Office, the suspect fled before deputies arrived and was last seen riding a dark-colored mountain bike with a gray grocery bag covering the seat.

The suspect is described as a Black man with a beard who was wearing light-colored jeans, a white sweatshirt with the word "Hellraiser" on the back, and black-and-white Under Armour shoes.

The Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division is investigating the case.
