Detectives Continue To Search For Suspect Sought In Man's Fatal Shooting In Aberdeen

The suspect police say is responsible for a fatal shooting that happened recently in Aberdeen remains on the loose.

ABERDEEN, MD — Detectives continue to search for the suspect involved in a fatal shooting that happened Jan. 23 around 8:38 p.m.

Aberdeen police officers were called to the corner of Washington and Dorsey streets for a report of a person lying in the road. Officers found Travis Davis, 37, with gunshot wounds and began live-saving measures. After EMTs arrived, Davis was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
