Suspect Sought In Woman's Fatal Shooting: Harford County Sheriff's Office
Police are searching for the man they say fatally shot an Edgewood woman. He is considered armed and dangerous and shouldn't be approached.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A 46-year-old Edgewood woman was fatally shot Dec. 20 and police are searching for the suspect.
According to the Harford County Sheriff's Office, officers arrived at a home in the 2800 block of Majesty Lane in Edgewood for a report of a domestic disturbance. They found Kisha Blackwell with a gunshot wound on her upper body. Deputies began life-saving measures until EMS arrived and took her to a local trauma center, according to the sheriff's office.
Officers have identified Jamar Wise, 42, of Towson as the suspect. An investigation revealed he had been in a relationship with Blackwell.

Wise is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Officers believe he is driving a dark colored minivan and could be in the Baltimore area. Individuals are instructed to call 911.
Detectives are asking for anyone with information about this crime or who may have video of the suspects, the victim or his vehicle, is asked to call Detective Reynolds with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 443-409-3502.
