Suspect Targeting Bel Air, Abingdon Vehicles Arrested: Sheriff
Authorities said that a man was charged after a video showed him trying to ransack vehicles in Abingdon and Bel Air.

BEL AIR, MD — Authorities said they identified a man accused of going through unlocked vehicles in Bel Air and Abingdon over the summer. He was arrested recently and released on his own recognizance.
Alan Curtis Stuart, 55, of no fixed address, was charged with rogue and vagabond and attempted theft less than $100, according to court records; he was released Sept. 25 on his own recognizance.
The Harford County Sheriff's Office posted a video showing a man, who they later identified as Curtis, going through people's vehicles in August, checking car doors. Officials thanked community members for sharing the video in announcing the recent arrest.

"Please remember to always leave your vehicle locked!" the Harford County Sheriff's Office advised.
