Suspicious Death Investigation Underway In Harford County

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A suspicious death is under investigation in Harford County. It began when officials found a woman deceased off of a road near the Susquehanna River.

The 34-year-old woman did not have any signs of trauma, authorities reported. Her body was located off Stafford Road on Thursday morning, officials said.

Authorities responded to the 700 block of Stafford Road at 7:42 a.m. for a report of a woman found deceased.

The woman's identity has not been released, and the cause and manner of her death remain under investigation, the sheriff's office advised Thursday afternoon.
