Teens Set Fire To Laundry Room Door At Bel Air Apartment Complex: State Fire Marshal

A group of teens are believed to have set fire to a laundry/maintenance room door at the Windsor Valley Apartment Homes, officials report.

EDGEWOOD, MD — A group of teens are believed to have set fire to the front doors of a maintenance/laundry building at Windsor Valley Apartment Homes, officials report.

Firefighters with the Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company were called to the apartment complex located at 1755 Dearwood Drive shortly before 7 p.m. March 30. They extinguished the fire within five minutes. It was discovered by residents, the state fire marshal reported.

Estimated loss has been pegged at $5,000. Anyone with information can contact the State Fire Marshal's Office's northeast regional office at 410-386-3050.
