Full charging documents for theft charges against Bel Air Town Commissioner Terence Hanley.

EDITOR'S NOTE: One portion of the charging documents state the following: “I felt [Hanley] knew what he did was wrong because he paid the money back, resigned and cried in front of Terence Hanley.”

Patch interviewed Detective Cpl. Andrew Tuer, who wrote the report, and confirmed that it should read: “I felt [Hanley] knew what he did was wrong because he paid the money back, resigned and cried in front of Mark Hyman.”
