CMG Wellness and Resource Center of Bel Air, MD is offering a special reduced rate to help with Medicare Part D enrollment.

CMG Wellness & Resource Center just announced they are waiving the Initial Appointment fee of $45.00. The charge for services will be $18.00 with the possibility of a reduced fee through their Sliding Fee Scale Program. This was decided to address the large number of Medicare participants needing assistance.
Call to schedule your appointment. Open Enrollment ends December 7th. You must act quickly to find the lowest cost to you or your loved one in 2016. Cost varies from plan to plan depending on medications, so it’s important to review every year.
