Tractor-Trailer Incident Cleared on I-95 South in Harford County: MDTA
Maryland Transportation Authority reports vehicle became disabled during morning rush hour.

A tractor-trailer became disabled on Interstate 95 south past the MD 24 exit Thursday morning, causing brief delays.
By 8:25 a.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported the vehicle had been moved to the shoulder.
The disabled vehicle was reported at 8:07 a.m., according to the Coordinated HIghways Action Response Team.

Before 8:15 a.m., the transportation authority said crews were working to move the disabled tractor-trailer to the shoulder.Two right lanes were closed on I-95 south past Route 24 as of 8:18 a.m.
