Tractor-Trailer Jack-Knifes On I-95 In Harford County: Officials
The tractor-trailer was reportedly leaking fuel near Joppa.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD – Hazardous materials personnel were called after a tractor-trailer jack-knifed on Interstate 95 in Harford County Sunday, officials said. The incident happened on I-95 north near the exit for MD 152.
At 5:40 p.m., the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported that it was at the scene of the accident, where the tractor-trailer's fuel tank was leaking.
The right lane and right shoulder were blocked for the cleanup on I-95 north before the MD 152 exit, around mile marker 73.3, according to transportation officials. Joppa-Magnolia reported that Harford County's Hazmat Team was dispatched.

At 6:30 p.m., Joppa-Magnolia said all lanes were closed on I-95 north so that the tractor-trailer could be towed.
By 7:45 p.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority said that all lanes had reopened.
