Interstate 95 Jammed in Harford County Thursday Night

A collision on Interstate 95 snarled traffic for those headed south of Bel Air Thursday night.

After 8 p.m., a single-vehicle crash was reported on I-95 south past the exit for MD 24, according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART).

As of 9 p.m., the right two lanes were closed on I-95 past the Route 24 exit, and traffic was getting by on the left, according to CHART.

By 10:15 p.m., all lanes had cleared and traffic was running smoothly along I-95 south between MD 24 and MD 152.
