Ramp to I-95 Reopens at MD 24

The crash impacted drivers headed south on Interstate 95.

The ramp to Interstate 95 south has reopened following a crash in Harford County Thursday morning, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.

At approximately 8:15 a.m., the authority reported the ramp from MD 24 to I-95 south was clear.

A collision involving two vehicles was reported at 7:30 a.m. in the area, and as first responders handled the cleanup, the ramp from MD 24 had been blocked, according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART).
