Firefighters put out a tree blaze on Rocks Road Monday night in Forest Hill.
BEL AIR, MD — A tree caught fire Monday night in Bel Air, prompting a response from Bel Air firefighters. It was one of several calls for service they received after a line of thunderstorms moved through the area, according to Rich Gardiner of the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company.
Crews were called to the 2700 block of Rocks Road in Forest Hill around 7:30 p.m., Gardiner said.
They found flames climbing up a tree and quickly snuffed out the blaze.
