Trick-or-Treaters Welcome in Downtown Bel Air
Kids can trick-or-treat at small businesses on Saturday, Oct. 25.
Local businesses in downtown Bel Air invite families to start Halloween early this year.
Businesses around the downtown district will signify that they welcome trick-or-treaters with orange and black balloons outside. Festivities will also take place at Main and Bond streets.
The Bel Air Downtown Alliance will host children for a Halloween party from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25.
