More Than 3,000 Attend Festival at Bel Air Halloween Parade: PHOTOS

Halloween came early in Bel Air South during the annual Halloween parade and trick or treating event.

BEL AIR, MD — Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, superheroes and other characters paraded around the Festival at Bel Air Saturday during the shopping center's annual trick or treat extravaganza.

There were approximately 3,000 people in attendance at the 28th annual Halloween Costume Parade and Trick or Treat, according to Michael Blum, organizer of the festivities.

There were 135 entrants into the costume contest, held in the parking lot near Rite Aid.

Jungle girl Tatiana Johnson from Port Deposit won first place in the costume contest, followed by Cinderella Jayda Gullion from Forest Hill and Coke machine Braedyn Wood from Elkton, Blum said.
